Packaging was extremely poor, just a flimsy thin carboard. But the seller was responsive and quick to find a solution with me. Contacted customer service who said that this was communicated in the product description- so I double checked it and there was nothing of the sort- just a generic description. They offered a paltry discount or a refund when contacted- but they shouldn’t have sold the item in the first place at the price they were offering. The price was a vey fair price for the condition (almost half price and with free delivery) and we offered a further 10% discount on top of this as the buyer indicated they weren't happy. The buyer chose the keep the book instead of returning it for free for a full refund.

Arrived on time, the envelope it was in was ripped on a corner but that was from delivery when they tried to push it into my letter box. Really happy with it
