    The items were sent as the seller claimed but it was the postal service that fell very short on delivery!! Unfortunately I can t give the Post Office feedback!!! When they arrived, I contacted the seller to let them know that it wasn t their fault. I have now paid for the items (they were refunded earlier). I ll do further business with this company.

    Buyer sent message stating that he hadn't received his parcel. He asked for me to send a second batch. I was considering this, but (as has been proven in the past) if one parcel goes missing there is a strong possibility that the second one will not arrive too! It could be a scam. Buyer then put in a case and this made my mind up. Just allow a refund to take place. Buyer's made a "song'n'dance" over the matter and I think the negative feedback is unnecessary.
