They kept great communication until 20-day mark hit requested more time & offered a partial refund 4 delay(big mistake#1) past the eBay time frame I panicked & created case. Ebay stepped in, eurapart quickly responded i closed case(mistake #2) they then started to give me the run around with order.lied stating can't refund through eBay which an eBay rep confirmed they still can. Don't make my mistakeReply from: eurapart- Feedback replied by seller eurapart.- Feedback replied by seller eurapart.Kept in FULL communication with the buyer. We informed them that we were running severely behind on engine removals. Offered partial refund. They requested an unreasonable amount of partial refund that was denied by our office. They opened case after shipment was picked up so we had our freight broker stop the shipment and reroute back to us. Buyer opened credit card dispute which at that point we have no refund option through eBay, but it goes through the dispute process
