    Item was not used, item was listed as new old stock.20 plus years sitting on shelf out of box. Item was tested with multi meter for proper function before shipment. There were no signs of fasteners being used to install device inside engine block. There was absolutely no oil residue on devise. The device is designed to be submerged in oil during use. Item was shipped in original box that was in a shop environment so it wasn’t perfect. Offered to refund but buyer chose to leave negative feedback.
