Ebay stepped in, eurapart quickly responded i closed case(mistake #2) they then started to give me the run around with order.lied stating can't refund through eBay which an eBay rep confirmed they still can. We informed them that we were running severely behind on engine removals. Offered partial refund. They requested an unreasonable amount of partial refund that was denied by our office. They opened case after shipment was picked up so we had our freight broker stop the shipment and reroute back to us. Buyer opened credit card dispute which at that point we have no refund option through eBay, but it goes through the dispute process
