The flip phone broke immediately after flipping it open and there is no way to access the battery. Would not buy from this seller again. The worst seller on eBay, no essence at all. just wanna sat that he sends me a broken phone that was glued or something together and unable to open battery slot. I told you how to open the battery compartment (apply pressure and slide up). Your message said you broke the phone when trying to open it. I had no issues opening it before I sent it and no it is not glued. You are correct that I will not be accepting a return for a phone you broke because you didn't understand how to open it, and I make my listings as "no returns" to begin with anyway.
