No scratches or blemishes on the screen or chassis. The power button/navigation nub on the rear of the monitor occasionally sticks, is mushy, and sometimes does not register, but this does not impact day-to-day use and is easy to work around. Item was priced well given the quality and packaging. Thank you!

I did have to restart the router to default settings, which just meant pressing and holding the reset button on the back for a few seconds. The main reason to but this router is for WiFi 7 integration, which allows for Multi-Link Operation across multiple bands (2.4/5/6 Ghz). This particular router allows for MLO to be usable across all 3 bands (the BE 9300 only allows 2.4/5 Ghz).
