    As described, great On3 brass brake wheel, better value than plastic brake wheels since very unlikely to be damaged by an errant human hand, well packed, fair shipping (half what's shown, since I bought this and one other item, and eBay added both shipping costs together.     I took a bit of a gamble on this one, considering there was only one photo posted. Upon receipt, I understand why there was only one photo, but everything cleaned up fine. Everything was included in the box, plus some. "New" was not exactly an accurate description. This was a car number I had missed when the cars were first released years ago, so I was pleased to find it and am happy with the purchase. I'll be sure to ask specific questions about condition and get more photos next time! : )
