Shipping was moderate, packaging was average (I would have preferred each boot to be wrapped individually for added protection before placing them in the mailer box instead of them tossing around on each other during transit). I asked a question regarding height of the shaft and it was never answered. Communication needs improvement. Overall experience: 4 out of 5 stars.

I've read customers complaining that items leaked which isn't the sellers fault bit the shippers who maybe threw the box around, mine never leaked.
