    First, the good. Seller shipped very quickly and had decent communication prior to shipping. Now the bad. The item was being sold as new with relatively minimal flaws/damage as documented in extensive photos. These photos neglected to document a very obviously damaged casting. After failing to negotiate a reasonable partial refund of $107 to cover the part cost, they got defensive and said "we are done with this situation", refused to entertain anything other than a return at my expense.

    Ok, unit list for $6k. We listed it with damage for $2,500, he offered $1,250 because he was gambling on it, we accept offer. He gets it with $107 part broken in shipping. He asks for partial reimbursement. We say lets split it 50/50, then he says no I want $107. So we tell him return it and we will refund you. He had no intentions of returning he said and wanted us to keep giving money off the deal. We have been a member since 1998, all positive reviews. Worst buyer in our 27 years.
