I was a little put off by the age of the computer but it has fulfilled all that the company claimed. After the ancient model it replaced the Dell is fast, quiet and enjoyable to use. After a week ran into an issue with the replacement laptop, which had to be sent back again at no cost to me, but had to wait a further week for it to be fixed and returned to me. A week on it seems as good as knew and for the price paid a lot cheaper than most retail outlets and good communication and assistance received via their chat line.
