    Specifically asked seller if there were any holes in the sleeves, since these coats tend to hole up first there. Seller sent photos of partial sleeve area and said "No holes, zippers are all working like new". Upon delivery, sure enough, there are holes in the sleeves! Asked seller if she wanted me to return or offer a partial refund. It's quite inconvenient to make a buyer go through a return due to sellers fault. Her reply "Ok, you can send it back...I don’t think you should be disappointed."
