Contacted the seller; very quick and positive response, offering to send another one straight away. I suggested we wait for a while to see if Royal Mail was just being slow. Constant positive contact with seller and eventually we gave up on RM and he sent me another which arrived quickly. Good price on the receiver. Would highly recommend.
