    Seller stated in listing hat was like new, never worn. It had a large discolored stain on the outside with obvious wear. Seller shipped hat only in a Trader Joes brown paper grocery bag with no other wrapping or padding. It arrived with a very bent brim due to the packaging. I am giving a Neutral feedback instead of a Negative because seller did apologize and immediately refunded.
