Seller sent the worse one with wrong IMEI and physical damage. Refused to admit mistake, spammed me with 30+ aggressive messages. Accepted $15 partial refund, then found SD slot broken too. Seller refused full refund, promised to send SIM tray but nothing arrived. Totally dishonest and irresponsible. Buyer received the item and as soon he got it , he started complaining that it has a few light scuffs, then we told him we can take the return back. We asked the buyer are you satisfied with the $25 and he said yes. Then only the refund was issued back. Then buyer started complaining about sim tray. We sent one out
