Buyer messaged us saying he will get his money back. I told him I would ask USPS to investigate. Buyer was rude calling us stupid and that we didnt care because the shipment was delayed and then threatened legal action... All for delayed shipment. Same day I was able to get USPS to find the package, the label was damaged, and it continued on its way. Delivered the following day. Buyer is a sad miserable person who wants everyone to be the same. I feel sorry for him.
