Well packaged but it looked like a tank drove over it. Also not on the seller. Being watch crystals there was damage. Again not on the seller. Ebay immediately offered a refund. I am out the strike related fees which is not on eBay. Items as described. Great price per crystal for whats left. I won't claim as elsewhere its 5x the cost; it is discouraging. C'est la vie. These were double boxed with plenty of packing material, but from the photos you shared, I'm guessing they ran over it with a forklift or truck. Gotta love DHL International...

It also was shipped the day after purchase and arrived within the stated period. Very quick. I'm impressed and would buy from them again.
