    Panel was not previously programmed. Supplied buyer the user guide which confirms panel was factory default and not previously programmed. Buyer sent no information regarding anything previously programmed - even stated the default user password in ebay correspondence (123456). Buyer seemed confused - said they guessed the password. Further, buyer wanted a price reduction after purchase. Offered a full refund for return, then buyer said the unit was fine.
