I did message them about an issue with my order a few days ago and they haven’t responded but just a heads up to anyone that might by hats from them. I’m not sure if they normally ship hats in a poly mailer but mine did come in one and unfortunately it was pretty flat and misshapen. I’ve always had sellers ship in boxes. Just a warning. I’ll start asking beforehand what it ships in
