The details of the product description didn’t mention that the padding was lost or not included. When a product is only tried on there is no reason for the padding to be taken out of the original product. Also, the seller is not taking any responsibility and won’t accept returns. I’m left with an unusable product that I’ve paid €30 shipping costs for (US to NL)..
