    WHY WOULD BUYER LEAVES NEGATIVE FEEDBACK WHEN THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME. IT IS CLEAR THE ITEM WAS DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT AS YOU CAN SEE SHE SENDS A PICTURE OF IT STILL PARTIALLY WRAPPED. ITEM WAS NOT LIKE THIS WHEN SHIPPED OUT. SHE SHOULD HAVE MESSAGED ME BEFORE LEAVING NEGATIVE FEEDBACK.
