The turbine must be fully assembled with the Turbine Housing together (I have all the correspondence). The seller sent me photos of my turbine, wrote to me that the entire turbine was assembled. I paid them money, but the turbine arrived without the Turbine Housing. They don't want to give me my part. Then they tell me that I still have to pay.
