    Pros: Laptop received well packed and in good time. Screen, keyboard, inner part of casing in excellent condition. All hardware tests passed. Cons: Very deep scratches on lid + dent in the corner of the base (not typical wear and tear). Didn't come with Dell charger as stated. CPU is 2.4GHz not 2.6GHz as stated. Drive image was poor and initially made laptop unusable (after getting official image from Dell, laptop is now running well). Finally, laptop was dirty when received and needed a clean.
