- h***h (119)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchasePros: Laptop received well packed and in good time. Screen, keyboard, inner part of casing in excellent condition. All hardware tests passed. Cons: Very deep scratches on lid + dent in the corner of the base (not typical wear and tear). Didn't come with Dell charger as stated. CPU is 2.4GHz not 2.6GHz as stated. Drive image was poor and initially made laptop unusable (after getting official image from Dell, laptop is now running well). Finally, laptop was dirty when received and needed a clean.

After a week ran into an issue with the replacement laptop, which had to be sent back again at no cost to me, but had to wait a further week for it to be fixed and returned to me. A week on it seems as good as knew and for the price paid a lot cheaper than most retail outlets and good communication and assistance received via their chat line.
