It’s the sellers rudeness and attitude while I was trying to resolve this problem with her. After accepting my offer, she complained about how little I paid & shamed me for it. eBay made her accept my return but she implied she might not give me a full refund. Her actions indicate an attempt to secure a refund under false pretenses, and when unsuccessful, she left feedback that is both vindictive and misleading.
