I would not have purchased the steering wheel if I had known of specific charges! These charges should be included in shipping fee! Ebay handles all export shipping and shipping transactions and should have provided information to the buyer. We have nothing to do with this process and have no knowlege of it, it is an Ebay issue. Trumps crazy tarrif scemes have made the situation as they change almost daily at his whim. No Ebay seller using Ebay export shipping can provide duty information. Again, Ebay provides and controls all Export processing steps.
