I thought i was buying a new โunopenedโ container of Loctite 425 what i received was an open unit that i have no means of testing for efficacy. The price ipaid the seller would match a new container in a box. To be fair the seller may not be familiar with such merchandise. I will not be sending it back for any refund, its one of those times you pay for your education.
