About this product
Product Information

Jaime Hernandez
The John Adams Dollars were officially released into circulation on May 22, 2009.

The John Adams Dollar was the second Presidential coin released in the Presidential Dollar series. Coins which first entered circulation were in the average grades of MS63 to MS64. Coins in grades of MS66 or higher are very difficult to locate despite the large mintage. Coins in grades of MS67 are almost unheard of and less than one out every million coins exist in MS67 condition. There are probably no coins in existence, in the grades of MS68 or higher.
