Seller claimed that they contacted att to get it unlocked. Week later nothing was done. Purchased my own unlock for 20$, asked seller for refund. Seller refused and offered 5$ Will be filing a return. Wasted time and money. We informed the buyer that ths device cannot be unlocked from our end , so we will be accepting the return back. Buyer messaged saying that he can unlock for $20, which is more then half the value of the item sold. so we refused and again return is available. We can only do partial refund of a reasonable amount or else you can return . Thank you
