Shipping time was very fast and communication was great. My dissatisfaction was with the packaging, and it could have been better. The cactus arrived damaged, one at the crown and the other at the base. It looks like they damaged through shipping. I chose not to return them an instead carefully hammered and straightened out the crumpled metal, well enough to keep them.
