I paid for 2pcs of hub cap, but only received 1 piece. I wanted to ask for 50% refund, but don't know how to do it. I needed the hub cap, that's why I placed the order. So, I wouldn't return the piece I received because I didn't get 2 pieces. The piece I received is good and fits my car. But I am disappointed for not receiving 2 pieces.
