I as a seller don't have control over USPS mistakes. I did place a lost item request on the page and fortunately, the bag was delivered. The item was 12 bucks (free shipping) saw bag and I would be more comprehensible with the seller. Wish everyone a Happy Mid-Autumn Festival !
