Inaccurate and misleading item description provided. Item was described as new but the box was ripped, some scratches on the Irobot and power cord was not original, fitting or working. Seller was rude when contacted about this and suggested that because I purchased the Irobot with a discount and the power cord is of standard type I should supply that myself or return it all. Wouldn't have minded any of these if the information was supplies upfront and seller wasn't so rude.

Item supplied exactly as shown in the picture, with some packing damage -new other means an item is new and unused but may be missing some accessories or have packing damage or mising. CORRECT power lead supplied with the unit. Buyer tryed to blackmailme into a further discount I refused and simply asked to have the unit returned via FREE returns for a refund as he was not happy how is that being rude? Never returned the item and just complains - if genuinely not happy you would return the item
