Hi. We wish you had reached out to us prior to leaving a Negative Feedback. My son who las listed experience in women's perfume (I guess I
m happy about that...a little) thought it was a pump/spray, based on others being sold. We have learned through your feedback that 'colognes' are rarely a pump/mist. We realize it's our short-coming. And despite the negative feedback you issued, we'd still like to hear from you and see how we can help you not walk away with a 'yucky' taste in your mouth.

We listed this in the 'Not Working, 'Parts' category and described it as sounding like a 'Dead duck'. We even mentioned that a professional evaluation suggested it would need "new reeds".
