The trouble was that the NUC was ordered specifically due to its small size and the substituted system would not fit the available space. Michael at Discount Computer Depot was very courteous and helpful, and had the shipper return the unit while en route. A full refund was promptly made. I would certainly consider Discount Computer Depot for future purchases.

However when I received the item it had no rack ears. I contacted the seller to obtain the ears. While I was waiting for the resolution from the seller, assuming they'd take care of it, I registered the item with Fortinet, as I needed to get the job going. In the end that voided the refund offer made, so I'm stuck with the unit with no way to rack it. Ears separately look to be $130. So I'm out.
