It turned out the Intel NUC I ordered was out of stock and another PC of similar specifications was substituted. The trouble was that the NUC was ordered specifically due to its small size and the substituted system would not fit the available space. Michael at Discount Computer Depot was very courteous and helpful, and had the shipper return the unit while en route. A full refund was promptly made. I would certainly consider Discount Computer Depot for future purchases.
