Seller dropped the package off on time but his local post office misplaced it. I followed up with: the post office a number of times and I reached out to the seller MULTIPLE times to try to have them open up a ticket with USPS. He got back to me once and then just straight up ignored me. Had to get a refund through eBay. Negative experience overall.
