I was immediately disappointed that what I thought I was going to receive was not what I expected. After I thought it over I decided to return the feet and being only a couple of days after receiving them I didn’t expect any issues. The seller immediately rejected and closed the return request. I instead offered to make a proper custom set at a discount and explained returns would not apply otherwise. He refused, went ahead with his plan, and now misrepresents the situation. As shown in the photos and stated in the listing, the feet are made from a viscoelastic material similar to Sorbothane. I handle returns fairly but cannot accommodate dishonest claims. eBay
