It is a very smooth cotton fabric with trapunto stitching almost all over. Very labor intensive to make. The value is high and it is very pretty as shown in the listing photos. It was packaged and shipped just fine. It fits me like it was made for me, and it will go to the cleaners for a great cleaning and pressing. :) Thank you for such a wonderful top, one that fits so well and was designed and created with great care. :)
