Cue was well packed, but arrived complety destroyed, broken near the balance point. Imagine that, really hard to believe that a cue can break on that point during transit. Contacted Norman who offered me generous the choice between another cue or a refund. I wait for the replacement cue to arrive. Sad to see that this beautiful cue was destroyed. Would been really happy with it. Quality for your money.
