I had to request cancelation on my order, which was for the Bissell hose (the motor went out after order the hose). I felt so bad that I had to cancel and best vac but the dust. they just don't make things like they used too. I did get a refund and order was cancelled. If I need any vacuum parts definitely would order again due to the prompt request and refund. Thank you.
