Item was described accurately. Shipping was fast and seller communication was great. The item was well packed for postage service and arrived in great shape with no damage. The sluggish locomotive was probably caused by a fuzz ball I found while cleaning. Gears showed no signs of HOS (Hard Oil Syndrome) but were cleaned . While it is apart a little black paint and satin top coat were applied to both wheel assemblies just to match them up. I have no hesitations from buying from mts-incorp again.
