DONT BUY FROM THIS SELLERsold me a bad engine didn’t ship engine on time cancelled order to keep my eBay buyback protection in place repurchased the engine still didn’t receive the engine until three weeks later two mos from time of original purchase engine was bad ordered another engine from seller got an email from eurapart realizing it’s the same seller requested to cancel seller didn’t respond maybe not actual miles posted engines not tested before sale or purchase dont recommend seller🤔

Read the negative review below this one. This buyer bought A6 / A7 engine from us and after getting it they realized it didn't fit (They have a Q7) but they blamed us for it (even though we clearly specify buyer is responsible for confirming fitment prior to purchasing). We had to pay shipping to and from them for the A6/A7 engine so when they purchased the Q7, we cancelled their order because of the previous transaction experience. They get mad and leave negatives. Reported and blocked

Purchased Item on 5/2/24, as 6/10/24 I Still have yet to Receive any tracking information, or my engine. seller only responds with "I have sent a Message to our broker" Filed with eBay, But I am longer covered under eBay money back guarantee. so now i have to work with a seller who doesn't communicate. I will not be purchasing from this seller again (eurapart or Parts-Super Fast LLC)

We provide the buyer the bill of lading. We work with a 3rd party freight broker that handles all of our freight shipments. We also informed the buyer that the engines are removed in the order they are paid for and we have a 15 business day handling time prior to shipping to allow time for removal. Your warranty and return period starts from the date of delivery. We have responded to all of your messages within a 24-48 hours period.
