Listed as in good condition. Its barely acceptable. The artwork and case have alot of damage. I'll have to replace the plastic case.

The item is actually very much in good condition based on eBay's standards (I would argue that it's actually somewhat conservatively graded). I grade my items based on these standards, not my personal opinion of what “good” or “acceptable” means, which can be tempting. I sent you a message and feedback revision request and received no response, so you seem to have no interest in working with me, which is unfortunate. I also asked eBay to help me out, but they would not remove the feedback.
