I am very sorry to hear there was an issue with the diecast especially for the first time via feedback. I REALLY wish the buyer would have contacted me so we could resolve the issue. I absolutely assure you this mistake was not intentional. I did not have any idea other parts may have been missing. I took quite a few pictures to make sure the buyer knew the condition of the diecast and could see what was missing. As soon as I saw this feedback, I sent a FULL refund.
