    although this items was listed as used, "form fit and function" i have to admit, i can say it is well used and once received i have to also admit, i think the price was a bit high due to the wear and tear, not shown in the picture/s. i had to straighten out many of the push pins so they would work i.e. starting the softener cycle. due to it's condition i have ordered replacement parts for my original timer to rebuild, due to my lack of confidence in the longevity of this one.
