I'm sorry to see you didn't receive the hat, I wish you would have contacted me to let me know first. But unfortunately this is an issue with the USPS and not something in my direct control. I know sometimes the USPS has delays, or sometimes miss-scans items as delivered when it's actually delayed. I hope the hat will work it's way to you ASAP.
