Negatives- the quilt was filthy, stained galore, and smelled atrocious. Loose threads all over Was stated in good condition. Nothing disclosed. Was not honest whatsoever, sadly.

I'm sorry that you are unhappy with your order but the quilt was not in that condition when we shipped it. We actually considered keeping it for our master bedroom. It would have been helpful to see photos of the damage that you claim, rather than just washing machine pictures. We also would have been happy to issue a full refund had you not altered the item by washing it. As you can see from my feedback, I pride myself on fast shipping and quality items. Again, I am sorry that you are unhappy.
