Hi. I take my little business very seriously so this is very upsetting. The item you posted, along with a terrible review, was unfortunately not left on the correct product. The photos you submitted aren't for my item. I believe you left this review on the wrong purchase and I would greatly appreciate you removing it. You can see in the pictures that the lamp shade you posted isn't the same. I'm sorry you received a broken item from someone, I know that can be frustrating.
