    Unfortunately I have to leave negative feedback for this user. This is an international seller. Estimated delivery date in the listing was November 15th, however, the tracking information was never updated after November 10th. Seller provided a tracking # but the item never left "pre-shipment" status. So either the seller never shipped the item or the package was lost. Seller kept asking for more time instead of doing the right thing. Ebay stepped in and issued the refund. Bad communication.

    the buyer knew that the shipment was international with a declared standard delivery delivery of 11-23 working days.on the fifth day of payment, he declared a case that he did not receive the shipment.we refunded him and the parcel subsequently arrived at his post office,now he doesn't want to go get his package,it's been sitting in his post office for a month now with an unscanned status.absolute liar and fraud.I do not wish to publish his insulting words towards us.we accept them with smiles.
